Pandan is Asia's "vanilla", it is a staple in numerous Asian desserts. It's grassy and sweet fragrance is something that can be paired with many ingredients. We ferment our pandan tea with cold-pressed apple juice. And the result? A sweet and delectable burst of fruity flavours with a pleasant aftertaste of pandan resonating on your palate. Our Apple Pandan Kombuchas are made with our own blend of organic green tea leaves and locally sourced pandan leaves.
